Well living in Scotland for a month I get the opportunity to eat and try their food from the restaurant's in town. Their food is mostly the same as most dishes in the US, the only thing I would say is different is the flavor, and what they call the food here. There are some dishes that Scotland has that are different then what we have in the U.S.A. Something that they have that we have are Fries, but the difference with Fries in Utah and the fries they have here in Scotland is the name. Here in Scotland they are called "Chips" vs. being called Fries. Scotland also has Dutch Waffles which is a treat that I haven't found in the US either! Dutch Waffles are smashed waffles with honey in the middle and they are very good.
